Working closely with patients, caregivers, and health programmes exposed a recurring gap: good intentions do not always translate into real outcomes in daily life.

For more than a decade, Clément has focused on improving adherence, reducing medical waste, and supporting patients through simple, practical systems that work outside clinical settings.
