Welcome to Play for Health. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Play for Health website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for use within health programmes implemented by organisations (such as pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, foundations, or public health initiatives).
Individual users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are authorised to participate in the relevant programme.
The Platform is designed for patients and caregivers only. It is not intended for use by healthcare professionals for clinical decision-making.
Access to the Platform may require the creation of an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information
use the Platform only within the scope of the programme you are enrolled in
keep your login credentials confidential
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
Play for Health is a platform designed to support, document, and verify real-world health-related actions, such as:
medication adherence
correct use of medical devices
return of used devices or packaging
basic patient support routines
Verification is based on photo-based proof and simple engagement mechanisms.
The Platform:
does not provide medical advice
does not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions
does not replace healthcare professionals, prescriptions, or clinical follow-up
You agree not to:
submit false, staged, or misleading content
misuse verification or engagement mechanisms
attempt to bypass platform safeguards
use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Play for Health may review, flag, or invalidate actions that do not meet programme criteria.
Users may submit content such as photos, timestamps, and contextual information (“User Content”) to confirm actions.
By submitting User Content, you:
retain ownership of your content
grant Play for Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, process, store, display, and analyse such content for:
action verification
programme operation
aggregated analysis and reporting
platform improvement
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content:
reflects real actions
does not infringe third-party rights
complies with programme instructions
Play for Health does not guarantee that every submitted action will be validated.
The Platform may use points, badges, or similar mechanisms to:
encourage adherence
reinforce correct routines
support learning through action
These mechanisms:
have no monetary value
do not constitute financial compensation
may be adjusted, suspended, or removed at any time
Play for Health may revoke engagement metrics in cases of misuse or fraud.
Some programmes may include physical or digital rewards provided by third-party partners.
Please note:
Play for Health does not manufacture or control third-party rewards
availability, quality, and delivery are the responsibility of the partner
Play for Health is not liable for disputes related to third-party products or services
Reward availability may vary by programme and geography.
Play for Health collects limited data necessary to operate the Platform, including:
photo-based proof
timestamps and contextual metadata
participation and usage data
This data is used to:
verify actions
provide aggregated insights to implementing organisations
improve platform functionality
Play for Health:
does not sell personal data
limits access to authorised roles
provides aggregated reporting by default
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant.

All Platform software, technology, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Play for Health or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse Platform elements without prior written consent.
Play for Health may suspend or terminate access if a user:
violates these Terms
submits fraudulent or misleading content
misuses verification or engagement mechanisms
Users may request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Play for Health does not guarantee:
uninterrupted or error-free operation
validation of all submitted actions
specific health, adherence, or ESG outcomes
Play for Health supports execution and documentation of actions, but does not replace medical advice, clinical judgement, regulatory compliance, or audits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play for Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including:
reliance on verification results
inability to participate in a programme
third-party reward issues
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for Platform access during the preceding 12 months.
Play for Health may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
